Since 1996, Susan Wong is a free lance leading Image Consultant. She provides stand up and interactive training / facilitation or workshops to schools and corporate clients with company’s curriculum which includes social and business etiquette, customer service, inter-personal relations, grooming, etc. Susan has excellent verbal, interpersonal and written ability and skills. She is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She has received positive feedback and comments on her training on presentation and negotiating skills. She is also trained in conducting training workshops on recruiting, interviewing and hiring personnel. She is organized and ability to multi-task and deliver on time. She has personal experience in customer service and has conducted such training sessions and workshops. Her extensive training experience includes the clients of Foreign Airlines, local Polytechnics and Junior Colleges, local Universities and Government Statutory Boards
