LTC (NS) M.Vallu is currently the Chief Operations Officer and a Partner in Konstanz Global Pte Ltd. Konstanz Global is a Business Consultancy Company that has its presence in Singapore, Middle East, Sri Lanka, East Africa and Europe. As the COO and a founding partner of the company, he is involved in business development, and consultancy in the areas, of Change Management, IT, Education, Aviation, Structured Finance, Internationalisation of business, and in Hospitality sectors. As a counsultant, LTC (NS) M.Vallu was the Project Leader for the Change Management Transformation for DSTA for one and a half years. During that project, DSTA was applauded for coming up with an innovative means for the communication of change management by using a tool proposed by the Team.

LTC (NS) M.Vallu was also involved in Projects in the Middle East where he was the Project lead for a statutory body of the Oman Government. His work was praised by the Mnister who had personally sent him a letter for the support that he had given to the unit. In view of his profound understanding of the SAF Leadership Competency Model and Organisational Learning frameworks, LTC M.Vallu was invited by DES to conduct workshops on LO concepts for Officers and Warrant Officers of the SAF.

As a Certified Executive Coach, LTC (NS) M.Vallu was invited by DES to conduct Coaching courses for the SAF Officers and Warrant Officers.

LTC (NS) M.Vallu was a consultant for companies under the Internationalisation Road Map program in IE Singapore, where companies wanting to internationalise made use of the consultant’s help to achieve that aim. LTC (NS) M.Vallu has also presented in seminars organised by IE Singapore and by Singapore Malay Chambers of Commerce on the subject of “Doing business in Oman”.
